The District is currently down 5 members from the start of this year.
Nine clubs account for a net decrease in membership of 29. Wrong direction
Eleven clubs account for a net increase in membership of 24. Right direction
Two clubs have added and dropped equal numbers of members for a net change of 0. Not effective
All other clubs have had no activity with regards to membership. No direction
Currently Lake Forest/Lake Bluff and Niles Lions clubs are tied for First with each a net increase of 4.
Skokie Lions come in Third with a net increase of 3.
THESE THREE CLUBS ACCOUNT FOR 45.8% OF THE POSITIVE GROWTH OF OUR DISTRICT!
IMAGINE IF THE OTHER 16 CLUBS JOINED THOSE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND ENDED THE YEAR WITH A POSITIVE NET GROWTH?!
A net increase of 1 per club, from this group, would get us to a positive net growth of 11 members for the year!
Our ultimate goal of 1250 in the District remains beyond our current efforts.
